He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonce J. Duhon, Sr. and Elvera S. Duhon; and his son Dennis Joseph Duhon. He is survived by: his wife Melva Laneri Duhon; his sons, Bruce Gerard Duhon (Tricia) and David Gerard Duhon (Linda Kiefer); his grandchildren, Derek M. Duhon (Amanda), Ashley M. O'flynn (Scott), Morgan A. Rathke (Richie), Taylor L. Culotta (Jason), Joshua R. Duhon and Sydney A. Duhon; and his great grandchildren, Natalie O'flynn, Martin Rathke, Parrish Duhon, Elise O'flynn, Frances Rathke, Ivy Duhon and Therese Culotta.
