She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Geoff Chichiester and Sherry Chichiester. She is survived by: her husband Dante Uzzetta; her sons, Alexander Medina, Kade Keller, Hunter Pena-Uzzetta and Mitchel Wingard; her sister Amy Chichester Tujague; her nephew Zachary; her nieces, Sara and Angelina; her brother Randy Jordan (Sharon); her nieces, Selena and Eva; and her parents, Lewis Moran and Chrystianne Herrera.
As her last act of love she donated her organs so others may have a chance to live and love as she did.
