JoAnn Harris Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Harris (Metairie, Louisiana), who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dick Harris; her parents, Martin Van Buren Fleming and Margaret Lair Fleming; and her brothers, William Fleming and Jack Fleming.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Harris (Patsy), Keith Harris (Anne), Rick Harris (Charo), Wendy Hymel (Jeffrey) and Toni Jennings; and her siblings, Sue Scott, Carol Fleming, Patricia Fleming (Hack), Mary Fleming and Jeri Ruth Fleming Lawrence (John). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, her nine great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ministerio Nuevo Jerusalem Church.
