He was predeceased by: his mother Melva Falgout. He is survived by: his wife Dena Guidry Falgout; his children, Chad James Falgout (Natalie) and Tammy Falgout Brown (Cleve); his grandchildren, Cooper and Channing Brown; and his father Irvin Falgout. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
