He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace C. George Jr. and Elizabeth Martin George; and his son Joseph G. George. He is survived by: his wife Traute George; his daughter-in-law Nauthikoin George; and his sister Carolyn Jordan (Carl Jordan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews And cousins.
