It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Leonard Cusachs of Metairie, Louisiana, who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Cusachs and Lucile Cusachs (Soniat-Dufossat); and his sister Elaine Cusachs Guidry. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Fourcade Cusachs; his siblings, Maurice Cusachs Jr. and Yvonne Cusachs Eiswirth; his sister-in-law Joyce Fourcade; his children, George Cusachs (Shawn), Susan Cusachs Kimble (Randy), Donald Cusachs (Robin) and Bonnie Cusachs Moran (Billy); his grandchildren, Stephanie Kimble Caro (Cameron), Tyler Kimble (Keegan), Cathleen Cusachs, Molly Cusachs, Charlie Cusachs, Isabella Moran, Samantha Moran, Maria Moran and Dylan Cusachs; his stepgrandchild Brooke Castiglione (Stick); and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Ryder, Kaiser Caro, Chandler Kimble and Maxwell Castiglione. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and good friends.
