With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Michael Guidry of Metairie, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charmaigne Guidry Elgiar and Joseph Philip Guidry, Jr.; and his brother Craig Guidry. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Albarado Guidry; his children, Melissa Snell (Daniel), Bradley Guidry (Sarah), Ashley Escher (Eric) and Alexandra Guidry (Daniel); his grandchildren, Molly, Daniel, Dominic, Eli, Luke, Abram, Anthony, Micah, Belle, Lily and Silas; his siblings, Joe Guidry (Carol), Darin Guidry (Donna) and Lauren Addison (Jeff); his mother-in-law Jewel Albarado; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Byrnes (late Tommy) and Anna Jouandot (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as many dear friends.
