He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Salvadore Culotta and Josephine LaRocca Culotta; his wife Joycelin Wolfram Culotta; and his brother Vincent Paul Culotta. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah A. Culotta (Burke) and Bonnie C. Beck (Gerald Sr.); his grandchildren, Gerald Beck Jr. (Jamie), Jessica Burke and Julie Morrow (Philip); and his great grandchildren, Caden, Gabby, Brendan and Regan.
