He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Dugas and Alice Dugas; and his siblings, Noah, Paul, Louis, Albert, Inez, Denise, Doris, Ann and Cecile.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Everett Dugas; his children, Michelle Dugas Pomes (Scott) and Paul Everett Dugas (Mary); his grandchildren, Katie Marie Pomes, Patrick Everett Pomes, Beau Everett Dugas, Bailey Dugas and Emma Dugas; and his siblings, Alfred Dugas, Marie Ernest and Mary Alice Costanza. He is also survived by numerous godchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred.
