Elizabeth Chopin Obituary

We bid farewell to Elizabeth Chopin (Metairie, Louisiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 20, 2024 at the age of 58. Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Craig Christner. She is survived by: her mother Lynda Christner; her children, Megan Jensen (Andrew), René A. Chopin, IV (Rebecca), Erin Chopin and Sarah Chopin; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Vivienne, David, René V and Baby Jensen; and her sisters, Deborah Curtis (Robert) and Rebekah Kear (Kelton). She is also survived by nine nieces and four nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Presbyterian Church (6129 W Esplanade Ave, Metairie, LA 70003). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
