She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Lemoine Castin and George Alphonse Castin; and her sister Cathleen Castin Guidry. She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Pumphrey; her children, Tiffany Fortunato Godbold (Dominic) and John Fortunato, Jr. (Mallary); and her sister-in-law Debora Pumphrey Milam (late Joe Milam).
