She is survived by: her significant other Gerald Broussard, Sr.; her children, Gerald Broussard, Jr. (Kimberly) and Mary Broussard; her grandchildren, Hailey Hartman, Hayven Hartman and Baylor Broussard; her mother Ethel Fernandez; and her siblings, Renee Heffner and Darren Fernandez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
