She was predeceased by: her parent Ezzie White; her daughter Diane Hayes; her siblings, Rev. Lewis S White, Sr., Minnie Guider and Willie Mae Hampton; and her mother Deaconess Elizabeth Dillon.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Seals, John Dillon (Viola), Henry Dillon (Claudette), Doris Ratcliff (Stanley), Denise Green, Michael Dillon (Lois) and Charles E Dillon; her grandson Joshua Hayes; and her siblings, Deacon Matthew White, Deacon Charles White, Fannie Chesser, Mary Jean Brown, Freddie Lee Harvey, Apostle Gloria Scott (Wilbert) and Evangelist Augustine Green. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
A wake was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 7:00 AM and at 9:00 PM at the Rising Star Baptist Church (1350 S Laurel St, Metairie, LA 70003). Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
