He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo David Deer and Carolina Borunda Deer. He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas Deer and Daniel Deer (Lori); his nieces, Virginia Deer, Diane Deer and Jessica Deer Wilken; and his nephew Marshall Deer.
