It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel J. McCabe of Metairie, Louisiana, who passed away on December 29, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel J. McCabe to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Anita "Tockey" McCabe; and his parents, Milton McCabe and Elsie McCabe. He is survived by: his children, Eugenie "Dinkey" Kreutzjans (Tony), Kevin McCabe and Daniel McCabe, Jr. (Michelle); his siblings, Maureen, Kathleen, Pat and Mike; and his grandchildren, Mac, Elizabeth, Jack, Will and Francie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
