He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ethridge; his siblings, John P. Ethridge (Linda) and Suzanne Rutledge (Roy); his great-nephew Michael Ethridge (Adrianne); his son Eli; his great-nieces, Katie Ethridge and Melissa Pugh; his children, Morgan, Hamner, Amelia and Sawyer; and his pet Buddy.
