He is survived by: his spouse Helen Decker; his children, Richard Decker (Monica) and Brian Decker (Lucy); his stepson David Kennedy (Darlene); and his sister June Gauthreaux. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
