He is survived by: his parents, Robert Gerard Harvey Sr. and Theresa Chagnard Harvey; his daughter Cailyn G. Harvey; his siblings, Robert G. Harvey Jr. (Jane), Kevin P. Harvey Sr. (Belinda), Elizabeth H. Wyatt (David), Charles M. Harvey (Joanne), Michael G. Harvey (Lindsey), Jennifer Harvey, Jessica Harvey and Julia Harvey; and his uncles, Norwel W. Chagnard and Frank S. Harvey (Catherine). He is also survived by his father and mother, family, friends.
