He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, Tina Toups and Roland Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Falcon Toups; his parents, Bonnie Toups and Byron Toups; his sister Bridget Bradley (John); his grandmother Joan Jacob; and his uncles, Michael Jacob and Tommy Toups. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, friends and furbabies.
