He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brown, Sr. and Stella Joseph Brown; his daughter Natasha Brown; and his grandsons, Thaddeus and Gabriel Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Brown; his children, Patricia Brown of Baton Rouge, LA and Anthony Brown (Leslie) of Denver, CO; his brother Rev. Willie Brown (Rosalee) of Shreveport, LA; his grandson Elijah Brown; his great grandchildren, Mariah, Cameron and Ali; and his niece Maxine Hutchinson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
