He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Alexander Nicolich, Jr. and Antoinette Packard Musemeche; his stepmother Marjorie Stoll Nicolich; and his brothers, Ronald Nicolich and John Nicolich.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Willig Nicolich; his half-siblings, Marjorie Nicolich Pane, Brenda Judice and Alan Joseph Nicolich; his grandchildren, Jessica Chevis (Tate), Brian Nicolich (Morgan), Steven Chevis, Amy Samples (Clint), Christopher Nicolich (Cameille), Eric Gros (Min Yao), Hayley Rymer (Zachary) and David Gros; his great grandchildren, Elliot, Dominic, Harris, Wyatt, Millie Jane and Evelyn; and also, Gwennith Byars (Bobby), Jannith Gros (Larry) and Anthony Nicolich IV (Shari). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and Facetiming with his great-grandchildren.
