She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest J. Dufrene, Sr.; her parents, Lillian LeBlanc and Edward Vicknair, Jr.; and her siblings, Oscar J. Vicknair, Richard Vicknair, Malcolm Vicknair, Mildred V. Remondet and Sylvia V. Lott.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy D. Boeckelmann (Michael), Ernest J. Dufrene, Jr. (Rosetta) and June D. Junot; and her caregiver Samantha. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (121 City Park Ave, New Orleans, LA 70124).
