He is survived by: his parents, Michael Azzarello and Catherine Campanella; his niece Lily; his nephew John "Jack" Brayden; his sister Meredith Azzarello Brayden; his uncle Vincent Campanella Jr. (Carol); and his aunt Susan Azzarello Crumley. He is also survived by his niece and nephew, and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
