He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jesse" Watson and Audrey Warner Watson; his brother Alfred Watson; his siblings-in-law, Darval Midkiff (Arvis Midkiff), Claudia Watson, Carolyn Midkiff, Syble Midkiff and Lillian Watson; and his great grandchild Weldon Creed Midkiff.
He is survived by: his spouse Daneiva "Danni" (Eugene); his children, Terri Thompson, David Watson and Tammie Midkiff; his brother Melbourne Watson of Merryville, LA.; and his grandchildren, Kristin Thompson Schoenfeld, Lacie Watson Grubbs, Lee Midkiff, Leah Watson Wheeler, Lacia Midkiff Kay, Kandace Thompson Balden, Lance Watson, Lauren Midkiff Outlaw and Travis Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Myers-Colonial Funeral Home (3178 US-190, DeRidder, LA 70634). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Myers-Colonial Funeral Home (3178 US-190, DeRidder, LA 70634).
