He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Jeans Maricelli of Merryville, LA; his daughters, Sara Yvonne Grant (Mark) and Christine Midkiff (David); and his grandchildren, Laura Wolf and Derek. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

I know you must be aware that my twin brother Ned passed away what will be five years ago next month and I am still dealing with that. As you go through this ordeal , please know that there are many others thinking of you and remembering Joe as we knew him. I only flew with Joe one time when he joined my crew as the augmented crew Captain. He will be missed. Paul”
