She is survived by: her husband Richard H. Head, Jr. of Merryville, LA; her daughters, Amy Clark, Dania of DeRidder, LA, Erin Ferguson (Daniel) and D'Anna Erwin (Jeremy); her sisters, Liz Wadkins (Wayne) and Lisa Holman (Jerry); her grandchildren, Richard Taylor, Braden Erwin, Harliegh Ferguson, Avery Erwin, Alex Taylor, Brody Ferguson, Oren Erwin, Claudia Erwin and Jeremiah Erwin; and her great grandchild Matteo Erwin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
