He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Lucius; his siblings, Debi Kay Brown, Tina Upchurch and Todd Eugene Upchurch; his uncle Wayburn Walker; and his grandparents, Julia Maggie Lee Barker and Jewell Charlie "J. C.".
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Upchurch of Merryville, LA; his daughter Anna Upchurch; his stepson Keith Simmons of Merryville, LA; his siblings, Frank Sullivan, David Brown, LuWanna Upchurch, Belinda Brown, Lori Brown and Penny Upchurch; and his grandchildren, Aiden Ford, Kaelyn Ford, Briella Ford, Shawna Simmons and Zak Simmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
