He is survived by: his wife Wanda Oubre Guidry; his sons, Dwayne "DJ" Guidry, Jr. (April) and Jonathan Guidry (Mariah); his stepchildren, Steven Crawford, Jr. (ReBecca) and Amber Crawford (Michail); his grandchildren, Adalyn, Davin, Avalyn Guidry, Jonathan, Dreux, Oaklynn Guidry, Haylee, Tyler, Chandler, Macie, Embree (Benoit), Raegan Crawford, Bentley and Emily Martin; his parents, Buster Joseph and Nancy Guidry (Braud); his sister Nanette Johnson (Bill); his mother-in-law Rosalie Oubre; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Oubre, Jr. (Margaret) and Wendi Bowman (Ed); his goddaughter Danielle Jiles Plummer; and his grandchild Black Friday. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
