He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Popps Comeaux; his parents, Wilmer Joseph Comeaux and Felicianne Kidder Comeaux; his brother Kevin Comeaux; his brothers-in-law, Daniel McDaniel, James Guillory and Danny Johnson; and his sons-in-law, Mark Allen Triplette and Keith Latiolais.
He is survived by: his children, Marlena Triplette Latiolais, Wilbert Ray Comeaux, Jr. and Wilmer Joseph Comeaux; his grandchildren, April Dannielle Stelly, Gavin Michael Allen Triplette, Garret Ray Houston Triplette, Travis Gannfors, David Gannfors, Raymond Joseph Comeaux, Bradley Ella Comeaux, Britton Avery Comeaux and Blakely Grey Comeaux; and his siblings, Melvin Comeaux (Sybil), Russell Comeaux (Ginger), Judy McDaniel, Ella Rose Guillory, Carolyn Johnson and Amy Chautin (John). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
