She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Eugene Kern; her parents, William H. Brooks and Alethea Leona Blackmer; and her daughter Sheryl Barbier Kern. She is survived by : her son Michael Eugene Kern Sr.; her grandchildren, Cynthia Bivens, Jonathan Glennon, Brandon Kern, Michael Kern Jr., William Barbier and Natalie Barbier Yates; and her great grandchildren, Caitlyn Glennon, Payton Barbier, Khloe Barbier, Elijah Yates, Logan Yates, Christian Yates, Christopher Headley, Christian Headley, Hadley Kern and Zander Kern.
