She was predeceased by : her husband Isiah Evans; her parents, Cephus and Climteen Slaughter, Sr.; her brothers, Ellis Slaughter and Cephus Slaughter, Jr.; and her grandson Alvin Jamal Evans.
She is survived by : her children, Bishop Eddie Evans (Carleen) of Texarkana, TX, Patricia Green (Marvin) of Melville, LA, Tammy Levier (Roland) of Melville, LA and Debra Metoyer of Tyler, TX; and her sister Ella Mae Williams of Melville, LA. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
