He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Williams and Naomi Goudeau; his sister Naomi Goudeau; his nephews, Maurrice Goudeau and Marcus Goudeau; his aunts and uncles, Celia Lamotte, Helen Goudeau, Julia Christian, Igene Brown, Byrdlee Richard, Shirley Mae Goudeau, Leroy Goudeau, Joseph Goudeau, Jr., Pierre Goudeau and Perry Lee Goudeau; and his grandparents, Preston and Celia Goudeau.

He is survived by : his children, Chaz Perkins, Je'Karey Allen, Aurrianne Allen Trotter and Annice Allen; his siblings, James Allen, Marks Allen, Kenneth Goudeau, Jeffery Rose, Yolanda Allen, Juliette Williams, Janell Smith, Monika Dodd, Janelle Williams and Juna Williams; and his grandchildren, Dominick Perkins, Leilani Perkins, Jolie Trotter, Jules Trotter and Je'Myri Allen.

Due to COVID restrictions the mass will be held privately.
