He is survived by: his children, Chaz Perkins, Je'Karey Allen, Aurrianne Allen Trotter and Annice Allen; his siblings, James Allen, Marks Allen, Kenneth Goudeau, Jeffery Rose, Yolanda Allen, Juliette Williams, Janell Smith, Monika Dodd, Janelle Williams and Juna Williams; and his grandchildren, Dominick Perkins, Leilani Perkins, Jolie Trotter, Jules Trotter and Je'Myri Allen.
Due to COVID restrictions the mass will be held privately.
