Polotzola, Sara Goudeau, Tena Jordan and Catherine Marcotte.
He is survived by: his children, Ernest Ray Polotzola (Tara) and Jayme Lee Polotzola Johnson (Joshua); his siblings, Louis Polotzola (Cindy), Lottie Polotzola Beebe (Joseph Pearson) and Mary Polotzola Morain (Bennett); and his grandchildren, Dubby, NeNe, Jaylee, Tati, Bentley, Casen and Luke.
