He is survived by: his wife Johnette Bradley Stover; his children, Stewart "Smokey" Stover Jr. (Connie), Brad Stover (Melanie), Staci Boudreaux (Neal) and Cheree'Stover (Ken); his grandson Stewart "Stu" Stover III (Taylor); his children, Brittany Cadona (Daniel), Hunter Stover (Sydney), Nicholas Stover, Claudia Stover, Sawyer Stover, Shaiann Stover-Winter and Zac Stover-Winter; his great grandchild Stewart Stover IV; and his grandchildren, Millicent Stover, Mary Catherine Stover, Charlotte Cadona, Lachlan Cadona and Robert James Stover.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (8700 Maurice Ave, Maurice, LA 70555). A rosary was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
