He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard Dronet and Nola Marie Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Jeanell Dupuis Dronet; his children, Willie J. Dronet (Mona), Kenny A. Dronet, Robbie C. Dronet (Tabitha), Sherry L. Dronet Lacombe (Joey) and Jamie T. Dronet; his grandchildren, Natalie Dronet, Toni Dronet, Taylor N. Monte (Jordan), Joshua C. Dronet (Jodie), Ashley A. Mejia (Alex), Anna L. Dronet, Tyler Wilson Sr., Dusty T. Dronet and Presley Dronet; and his brother Richard T. Dronet (Shirley). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Amana Christian Fellowship (310 Milton Rd, Maurice, LA 70555). A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery (2111 W Pinhook Rd, Lafayette, LA 70508).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Calcutta House - Hospice of Acadiana.
