He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McDowell and Jeanette McDowell. He is survived by: his siblings, Jan Justice (Larry) and Rickey McDowell (Laura); and his nieces and nephews, John Justice, Trent McDowell (Hilary), Amy Ellison (Zeb) and Katie Hogue (Ben). He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
