He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Warren Miller and Bonnie Jean Turpin Miller; his brothers, Bobby Joe Miller (Erma) and Billy Charles Miller; his granddaughter Marriah Bales Barron; and his great grandchild Waylon Jay Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Miller; his children, James Kenneth Miller, Timothy Keith Miller (Darlene), Wendell Charles Miller (Cindy), Glenda "Tiny" Bales (Kevin) and Angie Renae Miller; his brother William Paul Miller (Janice Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Leah Campbell, Ronald Campbell (Jo) and Gerald Campbell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
