He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Joiner Oxner; his grandparents, Raymond, Dorothy Joiner, Robert and Annie Oxner; and his parents-in-law, Maggie and Kenneth Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Oxner; his son Jacob Paulino Oxner; his father James Edward "Jim" Oxner, Sr.; his brother-in-law Charles W. Guedry of Gonzales, LA.; his brother Michael Lee Oxner; his sister-in-law Sherilyn Talay Oxner; and also, Dorothy and McKayla Oxner of Charleston, SC..
