She was predeceased by: her parents, Decatur Parsons and Maude Phillips Parsons; her husband Wilbert Fontenot; her son Rodney Fontenot; and her siblings, Stella Allo (Faye), Dora Dameron, Jack Parsons, Lonnie Parsons and Thomas Graves.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Ashley Fontenot Robertson (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Adrianna, Johanna, Audrey, Matthew Jr. and Ava Mae. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
