She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Bazile; her parents, Numa Fontenot and Ozea Dupuy Fontenot; her siblings, Nelson Fontenot, Ellis Fontenot (Elsie Fontenot) and Myrtle Lee Fontenot Blankenship; her son Allen Dale Bazile (Brenda Bazile); and her daughter-in-law Theresa Bazile.
She is survived by: her children, David Bazile, Donnell Bazile (Lucy Bazile), Sheila Wilkinson (Cecil Wilkinson, Jr.) and Valerie Bazile. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
