He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bourgeois and Edwina Callahan Bourgeois; and his siblings, Alvin Bourgeois, Rose Breaux and Dolores Hebert.

He is survived by: his siblings, John Bourgeois and Gloria Bourgeois Hebert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
