She is survived by: her children, Rene Vedros, Cheryl Adams (Tony), Denise Folse (Hodges, Jr.) and Lisa Dufrene (Bruce); her sister Wanda Brunet; and her grandchildren, Cody Adams, Jamie Adams, Desirae Humke, Derek Folse, Chelsea Vedros and Megan Foret. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
