He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Carlos and Allen Carlos, Jr. (Melanie); his grandchildren, Brooke Marie Carlos, Emma Carlos and Clay Carlos; his siblings, Kenneth Carlos (Jean), Jeanette LeBoeuf, Gregory Carlos (Judy) and Kirk Carlos (Stephanie); and his sister-in-law Sandra Biers (Fran).
