She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Everett Smith and Jessie Louise Smith (Dempsy). She is survived by: her husband Kevin Lewis of Marthaville; her sons, Tommy Lewis (Kelli) of Many, LA and Devin Lewis (Brooke) of Natchitoches, LA; her siblings, Debbie Crocker (Steve) of Spokane, WA, Vicki Smith of Indiana, Jim Smith (Thais) of Nashville, TN, John Smith (Sheila) of Panama City, FL and Jeff Smith of Carson, WA; and her grandchildren, Walker and Kyndal Lewis of Natchitoches, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Life Church Legacy Fund.
