She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmedge Durr and Rosie Byrd Durr; and her siblings, Gloria Harris and N. B. "Junior" Durr. She is survived by: her husband Jacky Nelson of Natchitoches; her children, David Nelson (Donna) of Natchitoches, Vickie Nelson of Natchitoches and Jackie Nelson Arthur (Rodney) of Stonewall; her sister Bonnie Montpelier (Charlie) of Marthaville; her grandchildren, Madisyn Maggio, Cayden, Kelli Arthur Maggio (Drew), Kayla Arthur Terrell (Dane), William Terrell, Sydney Terrell, Sarah Beth Terrell, Caroline Terrell, Ashley Arthur Laird (John), Michael G. Pleasant, Sean R. Hendry, Brittany Williams, Brittainey Churchman and Lauren Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Louanne Hendry, Nicole Williams, Declan Thaxton and Everett Williams.
