He is survived by: his sisters, Lavern Mitchell Colston of Many and Eloise Mitchell Hebert of Robeline; his brother-in-law Mike Gary of Eagle Pass; his children, Tina Mitchell Gibson (David) of Marthaville and Joel Mitchell (Suzette) of Marthaville; his grandchildren, Kasey Ensinger (Doug) of Florien La, Logan Gibson (Analise) of Marthaville, Landon Mitchell of Marthaville and Madeline Lester (Brenton) of Bossier; his great grandchildren, Raegan, Kaiden Ensinger of Florien La, Rylee Mitchell of Marthaville, Kayden Stiles of Stonewall, Jameson Lester of Bossier and Jessie Gibson of Marthaville; and his siblings, Vernon Mitchell (Shelia), C. W. Mitchell (Debbie) of Mansfield La, Evelyn Gary of Eagle Pass, Betty Jennings (Dale) of Taylor Ark and Brenda Townsend (Danny) of Zwolle. He is also survived by his grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
