He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bozeman Jacobs; his children, Joe Cecil Jacobs Jr. (Callie Jacobs) of Pleasant Hill, Brad Jacobs of Pleasant Hill, Connie Jacobs of Natchitoches, Danny Jacobs (Rosemary Jacobs) of Natchitoches and Glenda Jacobs Bialecki of Natchitoches; and his siblings, Wayne, Eugene, Ray, Ann, Barbara and Janet. He is also survived by grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
