He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Bullard of Belmont, LA. and Cynthia Bullard of Belmont, LA.; his brother John Wilmer Bullard, Jr.; and his nephew John Wilmer "Will" Bullard III. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Ruth Litton Bullard; his son Frankie Bass (Kelly); his grandchildren, Joshua Bass and Katy Bass; and his nieces and nephews, Angie Slay Taylor, Stephanie Slay, Connie Brown, Kimberly Roundy, Steve Brown and Beau Litton.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and at 4:00 PM at the Old Pisgah Baptist Church (15192 LA-120, Marthaville, LA 71450). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
