He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Rains and Faye Rains; and his nephew Brandon Wade Clark. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Tatumhusband James Tatum of Marthaville, Louisiana. and Bill Rains (Ronda Rains) of Marthaville; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayce, Bella, Autumn, Jesse, Wes and Garrett.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Crossroads Baptist Church (111 Crossroads Church Rd, Marthaville, LA 71450). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Marthaville Cemetery.
