She is survived by: her children, Clayton Waxham of Marthaville, LA and Tammy Waxham Johnson of Shreveport, LA; her sister Mary Jewel of Bossier City, LA; and her grandsons, Sterling Waxham of Houston, TX and Wade Gandy of Keithville, LA. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
